Attendance is limited to guests age 21 or older who meet one of the following eligibility categories:
- Media & Press Professionals — Journalists, editors, reporters, photographers, and other media professionals actively affiliated with established print, digital, or broadcast publications.
- Professional Content Creators — Creators with an established history of producing and publishing professional content related to food, beverages, or Japanese culture. A personal social media account alone does not qualify.
- Restaurantor F&B Industry Professionals — Individuals actively working in restaurants, bar, or the food and beverage industry.
- Invited Guests — Guests personally invited by eligible industry professionals or event organizers.
Important RSVP Information
- All attendees must be 21 years of age or older.
- Eligible media, professional content creators, and restaurant or food & beverage industry professionals may invite one guest.
- Each attendee, including invited guests, must submit a separate RSVP registration.
- Invited guests must enter the full name and professional affiliation of the person who invited them in the “Media Affiliation / Company / Restaurant Name” field, and the inviter’s company, restaurant, or professional website in the “Credential / Professional Link” field.
- Media and content creator applicants must provide a verifiable professional affiliation, publication, portfolio, or relevant published work.
- Personal social media profiles without a demonstrated history of professional content creation do not qualify.
- Submitting an RSVP does not guarantee admission.
- All registrations are subject to review and verification.
- Approved attendees will receive a confirmation email.
- A confirmation email is required for event check-in.
